This Privacy Policy explains how Voluntia AI, LLC ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards information in connection with Eriss AI (the "App") and our website (the "Site"). By using the App or Site, you consent to the practices described in this policy.
We aim to minimize data collection. We do not collect conversation content or user‑provided files. Depending on how you sign in and use the App, we may process the following limited information:
Conversation content is encrypted such that we cannot read it. We maintain a strict separation between the authentication table and any user‑controlled encrypted data storage.
We do not conduct behavioral advertising or build marketing profiles. We do not use analytics that tracks individual behavior across apps or sites.
Companion interactions are encrypted so that we cannot access the plaintext. Responses may be generated through Open-AI or custom LLama 3 models hosted in Azure. We disable provider training on your data and require contractual protections.
You control what you share with the companion. Avoid including sensitive personal data unless necessary for the feature you are using.
We do not sell personal data. We do not share information except to comply with law, lawful requests, or protect rights, safety, and security.
We do not use third‑party advertising SDKs or data brokers.
If you are in the EEA/UK, we process personal data under these legal bases: (i) performance of a contract (to provide the App), and (ii) compliance with legal obligations.
We retain personal data only as long as necessary to provide the App and fulfill the purposes described above, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion of your account data at any time.
We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal data. No system is perfectly secure; please use strong, unique passwords and keep your device software up to date.
We may transfer, store, and process information outside of your country. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses for data transfers.
Eriss AI is not directed to children or minors, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
If you sign in with a wallet, we process your public wallet address for authentication. We do not store your private keys. Remember that wallet addresses and on‑chain activity may be public. Exercise caution when sharing information that could link your identity to an address.
Key service categories include: Microsoft Azure (hosting/storage/LLM hosting), Open AI, and payment processors (if applicable). Their practices are governed by their own privacy policies.
We use only essential cookies (e.g., session tokens) required for sign‑in and site operation. We do not use third‑party analytics cookies or advertising trackers.
Your browser may send a “Do Not Track” signal. Because there is no industry consensus on how to respond, we do not currently act on DNT signals. We honor legally required opt‑out mechanisms where applicable.
For Google Play disclosure purposes: we collect account identifiers (email or wallet address) solely for authentication. We do not collect or share conversation content. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Users can request deletion of their account identifier. We do not use data for advertising or profiling.
